Gen Z is making headlines! But sadly, it’s not always uplifting news. Around the world, stress levels are skyrocketing, and young people are feeling the pressure from, well… everything. That’s why we created The Extra Cortisol Check — an awareness campaign centred on the world’s first stress-detecting chewing gum. Backed by science and inspired by saliva home testing for cortisol (aka “the stress hormone”) and other diagnostic gum, this gum changes colour according to the level of cortisol in your saliva. The packaging includes a colour chart to track your stress levels over time — so you can spot patterns, take control, and recenter.
