80 Degrees
Wood Pencil / Cinematography / Short Form / 2025
Shortlist / Art Direction / Film
Nescafé is the 3rd most drank beverage in the world. Every second 5,700 cups are brewed globally, and every cup has an impact.
It's recommended to make Nescafé with water that's at 80 degrees, not boiling at 100. Not only does the drink taste better, but the 20 degree difference saves energy around the world.
Shot on Kodak film in Madrid, Spain - we wanted to convey that there’s no single way to do the 80 degree ritual. By collecting kettles from around the world we sought to show how different cultures enjoy their Nescafé while encouraging them to save energy.
