Natalie is the co-founder and CEO of NewComma, a social media platform designed for Black and African creatives to share their work, find job opportunities, and discover events.
Previously, Natalie was a Social Content Creative at Ogilvy UK, where she contributed to projects for major brands such as Mattel, Škoda, British Airways, TikTok, and Axe Music. She also served as a Co-Chair of Ogilvy Roots, a network dedicated to promoting ethnic and cultural diversity within the advertising industry and the agency's work.
At influencer agency Billion Dollar Boy, Natalie developed creative strategies for influencer campaigns for brands including L'Oreal, Sainsbury's, PepsiCo, Clarks, and Nintendo. Her diverse creative skills encompass graphic design, 2D animation, photography, videography, and website design.
Natalie has served on the jury for the 2020 D&AD New Blood Awards, the 2022 Creative Review Annual, and the 2022 BIMA 100. She was recognized on the EMpower Top 100 Ethnic Minority Future Leaders list, supported by Yahoo Finance, in both 2020 and 2021, as well as Campaign Magazine’s 30 Women in Advertising list (2021) and the BIMA 100 (Creatives and Designers Category, 2021). NewComma has also been a finalist in the 2024 UK Start Up Awards and the Deutsche Bank Awards for Creative Entrepreneurs (DBACE)
